I think the authors message was trying to point out that happy endings can happen because Mark got a dog, Buddy (Ruby) got a new owner that is loving and caring and Laure has more company because his yard is a dog park. One thing I like in the story is when everybody was chasing each other and then they ended up at Laure's house and that was when everything was coming together. Another thing I like that the story is a poem.

I think that the authors message is that all people should be loved because buddy (ruby at the end) isn't loved and then later on mark loves her alot!!!

Proving that people need to be loved because buddy/ruby would suffer if she didn't get loved by mark. 2/3/2015 09:13:00 am
I think the purpose of the book is to show a happy ending because buddy(ruby) gets a owner

I think that the authours telling us that you dont always have to fight to get what you want you can earn it like mark not only fighted for the dog but he found it and wanted to keep it but his mom said " no you can not keep the dog "

I think what the author is trying to say fighting not always the answer when the little boy found the dog he ask is mom if he can keep it and she said no. Fighting is not the answer and no matter what you are or what you are you are still loved

I think the author was trying to say that having a dog could be fun and that you should have a good dog that has the same personalities. Comments are closed.
